La Carina
This apartment is situated in the medieval centre of Soriano
nel Cimino, in one of the oldest parts of the centro storico.
In fact, it is at least 350 years old. The locals describe this
part of the old centre as very tranquil and they are right.
Partially this is because it is only able to be accessed on
foot for the last 70 metres so has no through traffic. It is
light and airy with views from all windows, either back across
the old town, up to the mountains, or down the valley into Umbria.
The apartment is on two levels and is about 90 square metres,
with its own street access. It has a large living area with
dining room, lounge with original chestnut beams and a fireplace,
a new kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen is very well appointed with a complete range
of cooking utensils and crockery, stove, oven and refrigerator.
The living area contains a television, DVD-player, books, brochures
and DVD’s.
There are 3 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom on the second
floor. Two of the bedrooms are double rooms and the third is
a single room. All bedrooms have wonderful views.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people.
